With the new Fox deal, UFC cards are going to be spread across three different Fox-affiliated channels. One of them is Fuel, and they'll be hosting their first card on February 15th in Omaha, NE. The main event sees rising star Jake Ellenberger taking on the always-tough Diego Sanchez. Two big heavyweight bouts make up the remainder of the main card at the moment, with some additions likely upcoming. Here's the current card:

ODBasyoucansee - January 10, 2012

DisforDelicious - January 10, 2012
Was in a rush to get it up in time. Flipped the pics. My bad.
Tim Burke - January 10, 2012
Ye got Thiago Alves and Stefan Struve round the wrong way.
Sam Cupitt - January 10, 2012
Ellenberger + Diego. Epic.
mma.ly - January 10, 2012
I'm super excited for Herman vs. Struve
weird guy vs tall guy! Styles make fights and this fight has some style.
Pyrgz Krum - January 10, 2012
It's a very exciting card
Prelim FOTN sleeper is Albert vs. Menjivar.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
Ellenberger is going to crush Diego
Diego’s recklessness is long overdue for a TKO (punches) loss.
Hopefully if Jake wins it sets up Ellenberger vs. Hendricks for #1 contender.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
As much as I'd love that,
I’m nervously thinking about the Rocha fight where a tough scrambler gave Ellenberger a lot of problems and when he had issues dealing with the relentlessness of Condit. Pressure, cardio, and scrambling are really all Diego has but he’s pretty damn good at all of them.
pdl - January 10, 2012
Cardio is the biggest factor in this fight
As Ellenberger is the better wrestler, more powerful striker (despite Joe Rogan’s insistence on Sanchez having power), and probably more technical.
I think Diego should go back to LW now that BJ Penn isn’t around to mess his face up.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
Ellenberger should power through Diego.
Sanchez doesn’t have the dangerous submissions of Rocha, nor the crazy offensive output of Condit. He could feasibly win via superior cardio, but Jake will probably stuff a few shots and get the TKO shortly after.
lolumad - January 10, 2012
Honestly
I thought Rocha won that fight…
juanchoD - January 10, 2012
same
his constant offensive output was worth more than jake’s mostly defensive output in my eyes
Pyrgz Krum - January 10, 2012
Even if Ellenberger KO's Diego, the judges will give Diego the decision
Skoobs - January 10, 2012
Brookins? Not on main? Why?
T.C. Engel - January 10, 2012
Because he's boring as shit.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
He won TUF, that's why I expected him to be.
T.C. Engel - January 10, 2012
With Spike gone, that should not be an issue anymore
Quality prospects like Stipe are getting main card action while the mediocre TUF fodder like Brookins is no longer entitled to TV time.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
True.
I wonder if they’ll put FX TUF winners on main cards.
T.C. Engel - January 10, 2012
Probably
But with this new version of TUF I expect more quality fighters, closer to TUF Season 5 level.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
Why would it be any better?
T.C. Engel - January 10, 2012
It's live weekly
They can’t push shit live fights every Friday.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
BECAUSE JOSE ALDO SAID SO!
pdl - January 10, 2012
lol
that quote went great with the pic
ODBasyoucansee - January 10, 2012
What is all that on Brookins’s foot?
Jeflee - January 10, 2012
Magical toe & foot wrap...Gives him balance and magnetic powers.
It’s tape.

Wednesday?
Fuck man.

The UFC is gunning for some of the worst ratings/buyrates ever
Weekday cards on a network no one gets, UFC 142 going directly against the NFL playoffs, and UFC 144 featuring a challenger whose last fight was on Facebook.
I legitimately believe UFC 142 will have a lower or similar buyrate to WEC 48.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
It’s on the night before any playoffs, so it’s certainly not “going against” them.
Machiel Van - January 11, 2012
Duh, it’s playoffs. Sat. games I forgot.
Machiel Van - January 11, 2012
After the JOE fight, I’m really excited to see Pee Wee fight again
Chris Hall - January 10, 2012
Diego looks so old in that photo, looks like Till Lindemann
WanderChe - January 10, 2012
As long as Herman doesn't fight stupid
He’s going to ruin Stefan Struve and make him look like a collapsible patio chair.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
Thiago Alves in a mirror match on the undercard?
Awesome
Chris Hall - January 10, 2012
More importantly
How does Stipe Myopic not have a UFC photo yet?
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
..
Chris Hall - January 10, 2012
I been watching that egypt stuff on tv past couple days
that guy is funny.
Tats16 - January 10, 2012
very excited to see PeeWee and Struve!!
ekc - January 10, 2012
Are all 11 figts going to be on Fuel
Or will the pre lims be on FX?
potato623 - January 10, 2012
Prelims on Facebook
SSreporters - January 10, 2012
I didn't think FB was getting the prelims any more
Chris Hall - January 10, 2012
Yup, they’re still getting some.
Tim Burke - January 10, 2012
Oh cool
Chris Hall - January 10, 2012
philip de fries
looks just like damien maia
mattsterguy - January 10, 2012
A whiter Demian Maia?
Yeah I kinda see it.
SSreporters - January 10, 2012

Forehead up yes. But facial features I’m not really seeing it.
AwkwardBoner - January 10, 2012
maybe its just me. all i can see is maia
mattsterguy - January 10, 2012
You mixed up Sanchez's and Ellenberger's records
I don’t know how I noticed that 0_o
Hushh - January 10, 2012
Interesting card
Seems like the guard is passing in welterweight, good to see it happen. Still think Sanchez can pull off a 3 round decision. But I also see him getting ko’d finally. No one is unstoppable.
Struve lost me after the Browne fight, he won’t use his reach and it is frustrating to watch as a fan of his. That being said I’ve watch a couple of hermans pre ufc fights… funny as hell matches and very very sloppy. I don’t see him as a KO machine and thats who takes Struve out. Barry is NOT a ko machine regardless of what we thought.
Albert vs Menjivar should be on the broadcast, it will be intesting.
cager - January 10, 2012
Phillip de Fries looks like Demien Maia, and Ronny Markes looks like Brazilian Paul Daley.
ssstute89 - January 10, 2012 via mobile
Two heavyweight match ups on a main card,
risky, no?
Dustin Luff - January 11, 2012
Low elevation and smaller heavyweights. Won’t be seeing Denver-level gas-outs!
Pyrgz Krum - January 11, 2012
Pee Wee all day
I know Pee Wee/Struve is going to be FOTH, KOTN, and probably SOTH at the same time.
NEW-HAMPSHIRE - January 11, 2012
prince Albert vs Ivan might just be a pretty good scrap
biggant - January 11, 2012 via mobile
Does Johnathan Brookins terrify anyone else? He’s like a blonde Carrot Top or something.
