Anybody streamed it's showtime before?

I"m considering ordering and before dropping the euros I’d like to know about the quality.

The actual quality of the video is great most of the time.

There are some issues now and then with buffering – some events, you’ll encounter it, while others you won’t. I would expect this event to be fine, given how important it is for the company.

I just payed for the stream and got a code sent in e-mail, so that works so far at least. 10 euros for all this greatness is an offer I couldn’t refuse. Should be a good one!

They're among the lesser divisions in It's Showtime...

Not necessarily in quality, but in available fights and promotional effort.

That said, It’s Showtime really needs to drop the kilogram measurements and assume more regular division names. Taking cues from professional boxing would, in that instance be a great idea – 61 is basically lightweight, 70 being super welterweight, etc.

They also are roughly equivalent to MMA weight divisions.

Spong was 103.3 kg (about 228 pounds). Manhoef, oddly enough, did not weigh in. Because there’s not a upper limit at HW, it’s not required to weigh in at all, so he didn’t. Weird. Badr didn’t either. Perhaps it’s some strategic move from Mike’s Gym guys?

Okay, I was mostly wondering how big the weight difference was, Spong seems so much bigger than Melvin.

I’d give it to Spong. Melvin won’t win if he won’t open up more. He won’t win from outside, and he’s mostly been fighting from the outside.

It’s not that expensive, normally tickets will put you back somewhere between €25-€50 ( 30-60USD) and a couple of beers will make it somewhere around €60-100,-. Pretty reasonable when you compare it to an UFC-event.

I had it as a tie. Direcki was winning the 3’rd round, until Roosmalen combo’d on him after they checked Direcki’s cut in the last minute. But I don’t think that was enough to win the round… should’ve been a tie.

I don’t think it was a complete robbery though.

Robin moved forward but Murat scored way more – it doesn’t matter that he does so backpaddlin’.

Besides that I think I saw most of Robins powerpunches land on Murat’s cover, but that might be the lousy feed that I have. Anyway, this should have been declared a draw at minimum.

I'm so mad at him for leaving kickboxing.

I don’t hate boxing, but kickboxing is so much better to watch IMO

And as much as I like Badr…he’s not going to be an elite boxer.

Idk, he could be in a few years.

Dude is big and very athletic. Plus, if you saw his hands just now, you wouldn’t be so dubious. It’s just a shame, because Hari also has great kicks & knees, and won’t be able to use them in boxing.

Or he might just decide to use them in the odd match or three.
