WE AREEEEEEEEEEEE LIVE!

Bishop, are you going to interview C.M. Punk at UFC on Fox 2?

I’ll co-host. Book it.

Hello gents! To me the most interesting part was Rumble said he was at 215 pounds right now. Good recap by the way Brian, don’t know how you can describe all that nonsense.

UBER-RUMBLE

Yeeeahhh, still....

everytime I see this I am in amazement of how he ever made 170. With 15 less lbs. to cut, Rumble should be beastly at middleweight.

I'm glad to see him FINALLY fight opponents his own size.

I’ve always thought it was ridiculous he fought at welterweight0. It’s not like he was ever running through the division.

Yeah, same. I’m actually intrigued to see him at MW now.. BEAST!

Does the winner of that Fight get an Interim Title Shot?

Over/Under

100k viewers on FUEL for UFC on FUEL 1.?

Could be a commission issue

No way Pierce / Kos is getting a title shot unless everyone else gets injured.. it’s either going to be Sanchez / Ellenberger, or Hendricks.

MacDonald just ragdolled Nate Diaz in his last fight....

pretty sure he can handle a step up from Che Mills.

actually

TKO’d Mike Pyle after that

Oh yeah....

in the first round even!

How far in the undercard do you think Jon Fitch will be in his next fight?

I would not be surprised to see him be the opening spot on the PPV

and it would probably be lower, if not for what the guys mentioned before, about making 60K to show.

fuel is pretty common

Not really.

That’s why everyone is saying “no one has FUEL TV.” Obviously “millions of homes” have access, but many people who have the channel aren’t UFC fans, and many others aren’t even aware they have it. FUEL TV was the “quid pro quo” part of the FOX deal.

Come on guys....

Bellator level views for your first show, on a weak channel, that’s nothing to scoff at.

Jon Fitch vs. Matt Hughes? Jon Fitch vs. Brian Ebersole? Jon Fitch vs. Claude Patrick?

Oh my lord

Called it…

I hear that sound whenever Fitch’s name is mentioned anyways.

Put Jon Fitch on the Fuel TV undercard

against Rick Story

Ebertroll would be awesome too

Pyle does hold a win over Fitch

Or, if you really want to get rid of Dan Hardy, get him Fitched.

Oh my sweet infant baby jesus.....

so terrible.

Lorenzo likes fighters that war tho

have fitch fight condit after he loses to diaz next month!!!

Rick Story deserves the punishment for what he does to his sparring partners

plus, his grinding style could negate Fitch’s Fitching style.

They should just offer Fitch Koscheck,

and offer nothing else. Period.

Fight Kos or retire. Perfect. Keeps him perpetually under contract .

Matt Serra’s retirement fight against Jon Fitch. Serra might have to fight Anthony Johnson at MW if he stays at the weight he is at currently though…

Serra's at "pastaweight" for the rest of his life.
this pic isn't showing up for me... rehost plz?

Here you go Rob.

that's the same link
here we go, uploaded to imgur

So you rehosted and reposted the pic.. for yourself to view?

Lol when he wrote “rehost” I assumed it was a typo. Interpretation fail.

Beat Bob Sapp in a Kickboxing fight last year

WATCH IT, MATT!

JÖRGEN KRUTH IS A GOD DAMNED HERO IN SWEDEN

Multiple time Muay Thai world champion, had a ton of fights in K-1 back in the day. Popular guy at least in Sweden.

Jorgen Kruth vs. Jon Fitch…?

You just chanted USA 3x....

I expect Matt Roth to pop his head in at any moment now.

doesn’t seem like a bad card to me, just checked it out only 4 guys on the card I couldn’t pick out of a line up, plus when they add gustafsson the show will rock!!

Brian Stann vs. Alessio Sakara!

THE MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING

“An American Hero in Sweden” starring Brian Stann!

I'll take Jardine by some freak occurrence

Yeah I’m not very psyched about Stann, can’t imagine he’s very popular with Swedish fans in general.. the whole war hero thing does nothing for us, as you’d might imagine.

Uncle Chael doesn’t want you, Brian Stann.

Dana White’s next idea: Alistair Overeem vs. Matt “Cabbage” Roth in India.

Germany would make more sense

ian loveland vs danny downes in africa?

If that fight happens,

Downes will blind not only his his opponent, but the audience as the sunlight hits him.

Omigawa/Mendes 2 in England

Tiequan Zhang fighting on a Japan card…oh wait!

"ehhh japanese, chinese, it's all the same, they all have slanted eyes"

Kahn Souphanousinphone: “I’m Laotian…from Laos!”
Hank Hill: “So…are you Chinese or Japanese?”

That was the moment I fell in love with that show.

Bring Troops over from Germany?

UFC Fight for the Troops…in England!

Cro Cop vs. Big Nog.... ON THE SUN!!!

Fedor 2011 vs Fedor 2005 in a time vortex!

This will put the “did Fedor decline or just fail to evolve” questions to rest once and for all.

nah M-1 would duck '05 Fedor, shit would never happen
Nice.

M-1 Global vs M-1 MixFight would also be a good battle: who could out-shiest the other?

are they going to add gustaffson to the sweden card?

No gravity X-ARM

BOOK IT!!!

Zero gravity X-ARM

BOOK IT!!!

Kalib Starnes in zero gravity would be SICK NASTY.

is ufc 142 going to be on a tape delay, or will the show be live?

We can't stop here...

this is bat country!

God…this might be the best episode ever.

Plently of ridiculousness to go around!

hell yaaaaa!!! go lions!

Estevan Payan, receiving end of brutal spinning backfist

god DAMN

@ :34

god damn is right!!

right onto his face; wow!

with the points of course>>>

Payan

Was brutally KOed in BELLATOR’s first season by a spinning backfist.

Don’t put any salt in your popcorn, Bishop. Your tears will provide enough sodium for your Strikeforce snack if you cry into the bowl from your Lions loss.

Lions drilling the Saints into the ground?

bwaaaaahahahaha they couldn’t beat a headless Chicago Bears corpse of a team

has jardine ever fought at WW before?

How about Jon Anik on commentary?!

When/Where?

Looking forward to hearing him in that capacity, I think he does great work.

I believe he was on that Bellator clip.

Gotcha

I thought you were referring to one of the upcomming UFC events.

Anik and Rich Franklin were doing some kind of commentary all the way through UFC 141 (which we didn't hear)

Anyone know what the deal is with that and what they’re doing with it?

I picture Brian sitting on a fence at night singing to the moon during Bellator’s offseason.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I was thinking more along the lines of cryogenic freezing.

I just watched that KO, seemed like a lucky shot to me…

Adlan Amagov's awesome spinning hook kick KO in case you missed it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76JMb-mF8OQ

gotta watch out for the left hand, caught him right on the button

he’s got power and a full foot of reach>>>

Cardio is a great weapon for a fighter if they can really push it in training. You can drown an opponent with it. I think it’s a big factor in the confidence of Nick Diaz.

Great point

“Gotcha now, bitch!”

- Nick Diaz (as he throws his 157th strike)

His opponents always visibly gas by round 3 while he’s just getting warmed up. It’s a big factor.

Woodley almost got caught in a Daley omoplata…I don’t trust that.

like a sword, a cardio-sword???

Bas Rutten always says cardio is the most important thing, because it’s the only thing you can control for a fight.. or something like that.

What does King Mo do after this fight? His contract is up in february and he has more value in the UFC in my opinion.

So he goes to the UFC. If his contract is up Showtime has no say right?

Larkin by KO. Just because.

Do you guys have any idea what Jon Anik and Rich Franklin were doing cageside with headsets on doing PBP for all of UFC 141?
Practice.

Jon Anik is calling the UFC on Fuel events, I believe. I don’t know if Franklin will be his broadcast partner or not.

Anik has been doing dry runs on PBP for the last several events.

Brian Hemminger believes Phil Baroni has cardio. Brian Hemminger believes Chael Sonnen didn’t really lose to Anderson Silva. Brian Hemminger believes Josh Barnett is clean.

haha, ok, I don't believe EVERYTHING a fighter says

But does he believe Hector Lombard could beat Anderson Silva?

Oh…here comes another Bishop dirty stare towards Brian Hemminger after Lawler pummels Amagov.

Lawler’s only 29 and hasn’t taken TOO much damage over the years. He really does need to use his wrestling though: it’s LOOOOOOONG overdue.

Considering he fought at heavyweight…damn.

Who will look more depleted at 185, James Irvin or Keith Jardine?

Irvin

No doubt. Jardine at least is doing the Dolce Diet.

I don't think anyone can look worse than Irvin

It will be interesting to see. Jardine was a pretty big 205er.

Thanks everyone for listening!
Mein/Amagov parlay is set.
you can thank me later
