BTW thanks for this post I’ve been watching the fights all morning. It’s a real shame Honorio Banario went out so quick. He’s got such a solid future as a prospect but that choke was sunk in really quick sighhhh.

I think it's safe to say
Shame on onefc for paying bob sapp and for making people pay to see that. People gripe that Cesar Gracie is Nick’s enabler. Promoters and the buying public need to stop being enablers to this. This is a farce. Don’t buy it. Don’t promote it. Just stop.

I refuse to talk about Sapp
The main event was pretty good. Laursen is a vastly improved fighter, but his time off in between fights is stunting his grown. I think Laursen would be a better fighter if he had chosen to pursue MMA instead of kickboxing.
